We are planning to offer pick up and drop off service soon. Currently this service is not available.

Yes, Caraagy use factory recommended list for periodic maintenance. Please select the brand from the drop-down list provided.
Is there a warranty on repairs conducted at Caraagy branches?
Caraagy offers warranty on workmanship and select parts replaced. For details please check with the service adviser at the time of the visit.
Does Caraagy use OEM parts?
Caraagy uses OEM recommended / Approved parts.
Can I pay my bill through MADA card?
Yes Caraagy accept MADA payments.
How can I delete my account?
You can get your account deleted by writing an email to priyanka@autorox.co with the subject – Delete Account: [Your email address]/[Mobile Number]. Your associated data and records will be deleted within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirming the deletion of your account.
