These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the caraagy.com website (the “Website”) and to the appointments you request through it. The Website is operated by Caraagy (“Caraagy”, “we”, “us”), a subsidiary of Altawkilat Universal Motors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the Website or requesting an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Definitions
- Services: the car maintenance and repair services provided at Caraagy service centres.
- Booking request: a request for an appointment for one or more Services, sent through the Website or made for you by our customer service team.
- User or you: any person who visits the Website or sends a booking request.
2. Using the Website
- You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and for your own vehicle or a vehicle you are authorised to book for.
- The information you give us (your name, mobile number, vehicle details and notes) must be accurate and complete.
- You must not misuse the Website. This includes sending false or repeated booking requests, trying to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupting its operation, or collecting its content by automated means.
- We may refuse or cancel booking requests, or restrict access to the Website, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. Booking an appointment
- The Website lets you request an appointment by choosing your vehicle, the Services, a service centre, and a date and time from the times shown as available.
- A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you on the mobile number you provide to confirm it. If the requested time can no longer be offered, we may suggest another time.
- Each booking request receives a reference number. Please keep it and mention it when you contact us about your appointment.
- To change or cancel an appointment, please call our toll-free number or contact us through WhatsApp or the contact page, quoting your reference number, as early as possible.
- Please arrive at the service centre on time. If you arrive late, the centre may need to move your appointment to the next available time.
4. Prices, offers and payment
- No payment is taken through the Website. Payment is made at the service centre after the work is completed, using the payment methods accepted there.
- Prices and offers shown on the Website are for guidance. The final price is confirmed at the service centre after your vehicle is inspected, and includes VAT where applicable.
- Offers are valid only during the stated period and under their stated conditions, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
5. Work on your vehicle and warranty
- Work is carried out only after you approve it at the service centre. Any additional work found to be needed during the visit will be carried out only with your approval.
- Warranty on workmanship and replaced parts is provided according to the service centre's policy, which is explained to you during your visit.
6. Information on the Website
We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, including services, prices, offers, branch addresses and opening hours. We may change any of this information, or suspend parts of the Website, at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Caraagy or its parent company, or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Personal data
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By sending a booking request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, WhatsApp or email about your appointment.
9. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from interruptions to the Website or from relying on its content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Website may link to other websites and services, such as maps and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, and continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
